Physical Therapy Services
Our physical therapists evaluate and treat children, aged birth through adolescence, who are experiencing functional limitations or disability due to trauma, a disorder, or disease process. Playful, fun activities are used to improve overall gross motor skills, along with balance, coordination, endurance, strength and mobility. The goal of treatment is to diminish impairments and functional limitations in order to prevent or decrease disability and to maximize independence.

Our physical therapists also assist families with selecting and obtaining appropriate mobility and positioning equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, gait trainers, standers and orthotics and work closely with local orthotics companies to provide optimal coordinated care.
